Sometimes you see a couple of people arguing or fighting, and you’re not even really sure what they’re arguing about or why they’re still arguing. Viktor Hovland turned into one of those bystanders during a PGA Tour event when there was a rules dispute between his two playing partners. Unsure of what was going on, or the right answer, or the final outcome, all he could do was shrug and look confused.
